Shipping info
Shipping is free for all orders starting from €59.99. Below this threshold, shipping costs start from €5 (after entering the shipping address, this cost will be accurately calculated).
Orders are shipped by Madame Max, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.
We would like to remind our new customers that Madame Max may ask Paypal to verify the transaction, including by contacting the counterparty bank, before the actual debit to the customer's credit card. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.
Madame Max reserves the right to request new customers to ship the goods to their billing address.
Orders for items already in stock are shipped on the first working day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of goods availability and bank verification for our new customers.
The credit card will be charged on the day of shipment.
During sales or promotional periods, shipments may take longer.
In all cases, Madame Max reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events of force majeure occur.
