Return procedure
 
Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 10 working days of receiving the products. The right of withdrawal does not apply to every buyer. The first limitation is its application only to consumers as defined by the Civil Code, i.e., individuals acting for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity (art. 1469bis). Therefore, companies and retailers who have made purchases with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
 
The procedure to follow is as follows:
 
1) Inform us, no later than 10 working days from the delivery of the goods, of your intention to withdraw from the purchase, by accessing our EASY RETURN platform by clicking here
 
It is essential that the goods to be returned are intact, unused, and clean, that they are placed in their original sales packaging, and that the garment labels are not torn. Otherwise, the return procedure may be rejected.
 
At the end of our return procedure, the EASY RETURN system will send a label to be affixed to the package with the predefined UPS courier.
Return and any exchange costs are borne by the customer and will be calculated and paid directly within the EASY RETURN platform.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the cost of the goods (not shipping). Within the platform, you can decide whether to receive the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase, so for example, if you bought a garment online with a reloadable card, the refund will be made to the latter, or, in the case of purchases made COD, you will receive the refund directly to your bank account (to be entered directly within the EASY RETURN platform).
You can also choose to receive the refund in the form of a Gift Card, reusable directly on our website for your next order.
 
Damaged, defective, or non-conforming items.
 
A defective or non-conforming item must be returned complete, intact, in its original packaging (which indicates the sales code) within 10 days from the delivery date. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed, the shipping costs for the return will also be refunded. The return must still be made using our EASY RETURN system.
